Brownington Central School is part of the Lake Region Union Elementary Middle School District. Brownington School serves students in grades K-8.

Lake Region Union High School - This is a union high school that serves students in grades 9-12.

Orleans Central Early Childhood Program - This is a union preschool that serves three and four-year olds at sites in Barton and Albany.
